SHORTLY AFTER MY HUSBAND GOT HOME WE HEARD SOMEONE HONKING THEIR HORN OUTSIDE OF OUR APARTMENT, SO WE LOOKED AND OUR VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE. IT WAS PARKED AND NOT RUNNING WHEN IT HAPPENED.
