I WAS DRIVING MY VEHICLE AND TRYING TO STOP TO AVOID A COLLISION.  THE SYSTEM INDICATED COLLISION DETECTION WAS ENGAGED; HOWEVER, THE BRAKES WOULD NOT STOP AND THERE WAS A WRECK.
