REAR DOOR'S LEFT HYDRAULIC SUPPORT -- SPOT WELD FAILED AT TRUCK BODY -- DOOR COLLAPSED ON WIFE'S HEAD BEFORE SLAMMING DOWN ON HYDRAULIC SUPPORT WHICH JAMMED BETWEEN DOOR AND TRUCK BODY, BENDING LEFT SIDE OF DOOR.  WIFE SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HEAD AND NECK.
