DRIVER WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A TURN AROUND IN A DRIVEWAY AND NEEDED TO STOP AND SWITCH REVERSE. THE CAR WOULD NOT STOP AND DRIVER WAS NOT ABLE TO SWITCH GEARS AND HIT GARAGE WALL.
