Narrative

WAS INVLOVED IN AN FRONT END ACCIDENT ON THE FREEWAY GOING 40+MPH AND THE SEATBELT FAILED WITH NO AIRBAG DEPLOYED. I ENDED UP HITTING THE DASH AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE WINDSHIELD.
