The contact owns a 2013 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle crashed into the rear of the a second vehicle causing severe damage to the front end. During the crash the air bag did not deploy. The driver sustained a fractured right foot and bruises the arms and torso which required medical treatment.
