No previous issues with the vehicle until this incident. That morning on my way to work my check engine light came on. I called my husband and he said he would check it out that evening. Got to work fine. When I went to go home from work my car was acting strange. The ac or blower and the radio wouldnât come on at all until after about 15 minutes of driving. About 5 minutes later my brakes wouldnât work at all trying to stop at a light and I ended up crashing into a car that was completely stopped while going about 35mph. My front collision detection didnât go off until I was about an inch away from the vehicle and the automatic emergency brake didnât engage either and normally if a car is turning slowly 30 ft ahead it will slam on the brakes. Nothing worked and I am terrified to continue driving this vehicle.
