CONSUMER STOPPED AT  A LIGHT WHEN ENGINE STARTED REVVING WITH FOOT ON BRAKES. VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED, AND REARENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. WILL BE TAKING TO DEALER.  *AK
