The contact owns a 1999 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at 40 mph, the contact stated the vehicle in front suddenly braked, which caused the contact to depress on their brake pedal however the vehicle began to spin out of control and hit another vehicle in the next lane on the front passenger side door by the contacts front bumper. The contact vehicle did not sustain any damage, however, the vehicle they hit the front passenger side tire came off of that vehicle. There was no one was injured. No medical treatment was needed. No police report was filed. The contact was concerned that the cause of their vehicle spinning out of control was due to the brakes system. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
