Our son, 18 years old, driving our 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited had a rollover accident and ZERO air bags deployed. The State Patrol, Tow personal and owner of the tow yard is questioning why the air bags did not deploy. This accident was at 1030ish on 9/17/2021. The car rolled over and landed on its top. The vehicle is a total loss. Our auto insurance is involved in this loss. Open claim. I called Jeep Customer Support and they have a case open on this. I feel lost over this issue. Why did the air bags not deploy? Please help me find answers. Our son busted the side door out and was able to exit the vehicle. I have pictures ect if needed. I am not 100% of the miles .. I know over the 100,000. Please rush this issue due to total loss of vehicle.
