## Narrative
The contact's grandson owns a 2005 Honda Civic. The contact stated her grandson was driving at approximately 70 mph when he dozed off and crashed into another vehicle. The contact and her husband were driving in front of the grandson's vehicle and the contact's husband witnessed the collision from his rearview mirror. The air bags did not deploy. The contact's grandson later went to the hospital for injuries sustained from the seat belt digging into his chest and had a cut on his arm. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard, then to an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the mechanics. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
