The contact stated that while driving approximately 32 mph the vehicle crashed into a second vehicle causing severe damage to the front end but the front driver side air bag did not deploy and the front passenger-side airbag was partially deployed. The driver sustained head, neck, torso and back injuries and the front passenger sustained an injured right hand. A police report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was towed away.
