I tried talking to Chrysler but they were no help. They have had a power failure recall but I was told that based on my vin number, didnt affect my vehicle. Intermittent power steering failure. I replaced the battery, I replace the rack and pinion and itâs still doing the same thing. $2300 down the drain. You can be driving and loose the ability to steer the vehicle. There are tons of complaints about this and they all say the same. They have replaced major parts and the issue persist. When speaking to crysler over the phone, they said that the replacement of the rack and pinion would fix the issue. Thats not true. https://www.200forums.com/threads/power-steering-failure.30529/ https://www.carproblemzoo.com/chrysler/200/power-steering-failed-problems.php https://www.carproblemzoo.com/chrysler/200/steering-rack-and-pinion-problems.phphttps://www.aboutautomobile.com/Consumer-Complaint/2015/Chrysler/200/Steering There is alot more. I have been dealing with this since August. I dont know what else to do or where to turn but this is a major safety issue and it needs to be made public and addressed .
