GOV driver was being signaled by other passing vehicles to pull over as their vehicle was on fire. The driver was able to safely stop the vehicle and found the engine compartment was on fire. He then called EMS. 1) How fast was the customer traveling when they became aware of the fire? I was at a stop light when I was notified by another vehicle that my car was on fire. I had no idea my car was on fire previously. Once I pulled over I starting seeing smoke come out the vents. I was on the highway on my way to the destination and possibly going 60 MPH but didnât see any smoke while on the highway. 2) What was the recent usage of the vehicle before the incident? Was it used that day? How long had the vehicle been driving before the incident? The GOV was used maybe once or twice every two months. Yes it was used that day for about 25 minutes before the fire was noticed. 3) Did any vehicle operator notice anything wrong or unusual about the vehicle prior to the incident? Not to my knowledge 4) Any after-market equipment installed? Not to my knowledge
