The contact owned a 2015 Honda Civic. The contact stated that as her son was merging onto a highway at 25 MPH, an SUV sideswiped the vehicle which sent the vehicle into a tailspin. As the vehicle continued to spin, her son lost all control of the vehicle as the rear bumper hit a cement barrier. The airbags did not deploy upon impact. Her son was cut out of the vehicle to the accident; however, he did not sustain any injuries or need medical attention. A police report was filed at the scene.
