## Narrative
The carrying handle failed and yes it is available for inspection but has not been inspected by anyone other than me yet. I either need a new seat or something to buy one because this is not safe at all. I typically don’t complain but when I almost drop my baby 2 times because the handle of his car seat snaps out of lock and moves., it’s not okay.  Not okay at all. I was barely able to catch him and place him back upright  this second time., only reason I was able to was because I had caught the seat with my knee causing it to bruise greatly. I’m just happy that I got hurt and not him or else it would be a whole other problem.
