Onstar failed with direct manipulation from Emergency Management Agency Statesboro Georgia  daily mapping and stopping my vehicle Chev Traverse ([XXX]) to harass, threaten and obscene language under High density radio communication and mobile cellular tower use blocking my cell phone [XXX] for GAMES.
