The contact owns a 2022 Vanleigh Beacon RV. The contact stated while driving at 60 MPH and looking at the rearview mirror, he noticed smoke at the top of the rear end of the RV. The contact pulled to the local Pep Boys and parked the RV. Upon inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed that the rear passenger suspension had dropped to the ground. Additionally, the contact noticed that the undercarriage, the rear-end wall, the passenger's side sidewall, and hoses were damaged. The RV was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the suspension had failed. There was no further information provided. The RV was not repaired.
