The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that while driving at 35 MPH, she rear ended another vehicle that was involved in another accident; she was involved in a four vehicle pile-up. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The contact stated that her daughter face hit the back of the passenger side seat and sustained a busted lip; however, she did not need medical attention.
