I was in a car accident where i hydroplaned through 3 lanes of traffic on the highway and spun out of control and smashed into a median wall which effectively cause my car to be totaled. On my dashboard it was giving warning signs the airbag was deployed and my car was unmovable but that wasnât the case. Not one airbag deployed. I ended up needing stitches but I feel like that could have been avoided if my airbags did itâs job. What else has to happen besides direct impact for them to protect the driver.
