## Narrative
The contact was driving a 2022 Tesla Model Y. The contact stated that while pulling into a driveway, the vehicle unintendedly accelerated, colliding with a vehicle in front. The contact stated that the vehicle then went backward, crossing the road, colliding with the neighbor's garage door, and pushing it to the side as the vehicle stopped once it collided with the parked vehicle in the garage. The contact stated that no warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that she suffered from a headache for a couple of days but no medical attention was sought. No one else was injured. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to the Tesla collision center in Austin, TX. The vehicle was towed to the collision center where it was still awaiting diagnoses and repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 400.  Consumer's son is filing the complaint on behalf of his mother.*JB
