The contact owned a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated while driving approximately 45-50 MPH, the contact started feeling sick and lost control of the vehicle and drove off the roadway. It was unclear what the vehicle struck after leaving the roadway. The contact stated that there was major damage to the front bumper and steering arms of the vehicle. The contact also had a pacemaker installed due to the impact of his chest to the steering wheel. A police report was filed. The insurance provider deemed the vehicle a total loss. The local dealer was contacted and informed of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 90,100.
