The contact stated that while the vehicle was stationary, the key used to lock the gear shifter had popped out of position which caused the vehicle to crash into his neighbor's two parked vehicles. The contact was not injured and did not seek medical assistance. A police report was not filed. The contact notified the manufacturer and a complaint was filed. The contact was instructed to return the vehicle to the dealer; however, since the return of the vehicle, the contact had yet to hear a response. The vehicle had yet to be repaired.
