The contactâs daughter owned a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while his daughter was driving at an unknown speed, another vehicle crashed into the front passengerâs side of the vehicle and another vehicle crashed into the front driverâs side of the vehicle, causing the vehicle to roll three times. The contact stated that the air bags failed to deploy. As a result of the air bagâs failure to perform as needed, the passenger sustained injuries to the chest and head, and also had a seizure. The contactâs daughter sustained an injury to the head and punctured lungs. Medical attention was required. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and deemed a total loss by the insurance company. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
