The contact owns a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace. The contact stated that while driving forward into a parking space and depressing the brake pedal to stop, the vehicle suddenly experienced unintended acceleration causing the vehicle to drive forward and crash into the rear of a second parked vehicle. During the incident, the contact sustained a neck and head injury which did not require medical treatment. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer. The cause of the failure was not yet determined.
