I went to take my husband coffee put my car in park got out to get my son out of the back passenger side seat of the car and when I got to the back passenger side seat, I try to unlock the door the door was locked so I went back around to get back to the driver seat to unlock the door and before I could get all the way back to the driver side door I heard a loud click and my car jolted forward and crashed into my husbandâs truck with my two year old in the backseat. I notified Kia. They towed it to the nearest dealership. Itâs been there for a week, but theyâre refusing to do anything or provide me with a loaner vehicle at this time. Iâve been working with a representative and his Only concern seems to be getting pictures of the damage that was done to the front of the vehicle when in reality, they really need to be looking at the computer in my car to see what actually happened. Although it caused damage to both my vehicle and my husbandâs vehicle, I am grateful that my husbandâs vehicle was there to stop my car because It could have been so much worse!
