DRIVER WAS COMING TO A STOP WHEN DUAL FRONTAL AIRBAGS DEPLOYED, CAUSING BURNS AND FACIAL INJUIRES. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN FRONTAL CRASH, BUT AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. DEALER EXPLAINED VEHICLE WAS  NOT GOING FAST ENOUGH.  *AK
