What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Air bags,crash alerts, rear view  cameras,faulty emissions,multiple car part replacement  failures, burning wires, low fluids,ac headlight and accessories all failing, fan running, on star error,car engine to hot shutting down,  abs traction control errors stabiitrac  error among so many others. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? 5 accidents,  headlights  dim Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center?yes sapaugh  go country in Herculaneum  mo. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Yes on all bushcraft, gm reports open 6, Ontario diagnostic errors, unsafe to drive according to on star. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear?diagnostic errors 72 plus from on star diagnotics.
