## Narrative
The contact owns 2018 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 MPH a burning odor was present inside the vehicle and smoke and small flames was present coming from the dashboard and air vents. The vehicle was immediately driven to the local mechanic. After turning the vehicle off the flames and smoke continued. The mechanic unplugged the engine battery and the smoke and the smoke and flames extinguished. The cause of the failure was not yet determined.
