## Narrative
My vehicle was behind the crosswalk at the intersection in the left hand turn lane. When I entered the lane, no other vehicles were in the lane. My car was at an angle leaving the tail end out. I looked at my side mirror and saw this truck slowing down for the red light in the left hand turn lane. I turned my head left and watched as his right oversized front tire hit my car leaving a dent at the end of driver door and in passenger door with no paint damage. It never occurred to me that he did not see me until I researched and his truck was included in a list of trucks that have front blind spot and right front blind spot. He did not see me. He told his insurance company that I hit him and that he was not moving at the time of the accident. I sent a letter to his insurance company with the information regarding how he did not see me and my claim was denied over and over telling me I need proof.
