## Narrative
While driving my vehicle my driver's side headrest exploded without being in an accident. I received no warning from Chrysler about the headrests being faulty. They left driving that unsafe vehicle with the exploded headrest for over 7 months this before replacing it and refuse to replace the passenger one as well stating, "we will only replace that if it explodes during the extended warranty period for it and yours is almost up." They currently still have my vehicle at the dealership. They clearly want to see a car accident occur knowing that headrest could go off at any moment and was made and installed the sane time as the drivers side.
