The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while driving and attempting to park, when the brake pedal was depressed, it became spongy and was inoperable. As a result, the contact crashed into a building and damaged the aluminum siding of the building. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with front left caliber failure and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
