I was driving on driver assistance mode. Instead of following the curve to my left-hand side, the car drove off the road and hit a power line pole on the passenger side. The car was totally destroyed. I reported to the company and asked for an investigation about the incident, but I was told that they couldnât get the car and investigate it. I think for the driver assistance function, similar to autopilot function, the company should have remote monitoring and collect the data automatically in order to make sure and improve its safety and reliability.
