## Narrative
The contact owned a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed at night, all lights, including the headlights. As a result, the vehicle veered off the roadway into a ditch, coming to a complete stop after colliding with a sign. The air bags did deploy. No warning lights were illuminated.
