My husband and I purchased a 2021 alpine Keystone 3712 KB fifth wheel on June 2, 2021 around the end of Aug 2021. We left to Oregon for our vacation. Around the first part of September 2021 our trailer started showing signs of issues. We put it in the camper world in Eugene OR and found out that it had front structural damage where they tore out all the the foam off the front goose neck & replaced it with tongue in groove wood. In November 2021 we were finally able to bring the trailer back to Utah. On our way home. We blew two driver side tires simultaneously. It caused thousands to repair. I spoke with a tire specialist. He looked at the tires and said they werenât even rated for us to load our trailer up with water and all the essentials that are required to camp We were told at the KOA by people that worked for those companies that we shouldâve replace the tires we didnât believe them of course because we just bought it and put $104,000 into this RV only to regret not listening to the people that were once employed for these companies in music it was a defect or problem. Since that time weâve had the trailer in the RV repair shop more than weâve even been able to enjoy it over the last two years I believe weâve only used it a total of five times and every time there has been a problem where itâs had to been returned to the repair shop. We are now having issues again where the front coach is starting to make a scene and cracking noises itâs the same thing
