Â Air regulation boards should review this accusation accordingly as it will become a national issue. The CEO has specific knowledge of TAP (Transamerican Auto Parts) not producing their parts up to material specifications. Â The company was purchased for $665 million dollars and sold for $50 million a few short years later. Â Nothing was disclosed by CEO's surrounding their knowledge of this, but rather gave the deal window dressing and buried the real issues. Â The SEC needs to investigate this behavior and the behavior of their WSI acquisition and the parts they are manufacturing that are unable to meet its evaporative system requirements.
