Narrative

The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked at his residence in the driveway, the contact stated a friend knocked on the door and informed the contact that the vehicle was on fire. The contact stated the fire extinguished on its own. The contact stated no fire or police report was filed. The contact stated that the fire seemed to have started on the driver's side of the vehicle and in between the second and third row of seats. The contact stated that he contacted the dealer to make them aware of the failure and was advised to bring the vehicle to the repair center. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The manufacturer representative inspected the vehicle and advised the contact that the fire was not caused due to faulty Chrysler parts. The fire origin was unknown.
