## Narrative
I was driving on the highway at a speed of about 60 mph. I tried to push the break pedal because a car stopped in front of me. The distance between the other car and my car was initially about 200 ft. After I pushed the breaks, the breaks did not respond at all and the car kept going at the same speed. That caused an accident. These details are documented in a police report.
