Driving on 129 in hamilton ohio at 6 am I hit debri in the road wrapped in black plastic I didnât see it until it was too late. It was dark outside.911 operator knew it was there but didnât have police there with lights on to let drivers know. It was in both lanes on my side of road I hit it and tore up the front end. I still dont know what I hit and havenât heard back from police others hit it too. This was a rental car I was driving. Is there a way I can get reimbursed for the damages I had to report to my insurance since the police knew it was In the road and didnât not have anyone marking it?
