I had a collision incident with my car and an electric pole that broke in half. The airbag did not deploy at all and liberty mutual had deemed my car totaled after having it evaluated at 2020 Auto Body. I had contacted Jeep to complain about safety in regards to what I think is a defected airbag and they had asked me to send photos of my Jeep after the incident. And without asking how fast I was going and having everything based on the photo, Jeep states they will not do any further investigation because based on the photos the deceleration of my car during the incident was not enough to deploy the air bag. I tried to ask them multiple times to email me an explanation of how they determined that the airbag is not defected based on the photos I sent and have not gotten a response except that the case was closed. They refused to email an explanation and would only want to schedule a phone call to explain. I told them I rather have it email for documentation purposes. I am reporting this airbag deployment incident because of safety concerns.
