The contact owns a 2019 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while attempting to come to a stop at a traffic sign, the vehicle did not brake as she depressed the brake pedal. The contact stated that she thought that she rolled into the intersection at approximately 10 MPH and crashed into a vehicle that was crossing the intersection. The contact's front end crashed into the other vehicle's wheel well and the passenger door. The contact's front end was crushed and her air bag was deployed. The contact stated that the police arrived and the Emergency Services unit responded. The contact stated she was treated for lacerations on both arms starting at her wrists and stopping at her elbows and she had bruising on her abdomen. The contact was not transported to the hospital. The contact stated that both vehicles were undriveable and towed away from the accident. The contact stated that prior to the accident she had taken the vehicle to a dealer due to a "brake system problem" message on her instrument cluster. The contact stated that the dealer had examined the vehicle and that when she drove the vehicle off of the lot the "brake system problem" message was no longer showing on the instrument cluster. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the brake warning reoccurred. The contact took the vehicle back to the same dealer and was advised by the dealer that there was no failure of the brake system. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that she had the crash and was n
