The contact stated that while her son was drunk driving and passed out at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle crashed into a sign and a guardrail causing the vehicle to flip over and come to a stop at a ditch. The contact stated the vehicle was in a previous collision where the air bags deployed and had to be replaced. The contact stated during this collision the police report confirmed the steering wheel, driver's knee and passenger dash air bags did not deploy.
