The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact that while driving at approximately 59 MPH, and cruise control possibly activated, the brake pedal was depressed and felt abnormally stiff, the vehicle did not slow down as intended and there was no pulsating while braking. The vehicle then side-swiped a vehicle in the right-turning lane. The vehicle parking brake was applied to bring the vehicle to a stop. Both vehicles sustained damages.
