## Narrative
Reported faults with vehicles resulting in unintended reverse movement and an inability to move forward while in drive on a slight slope. Car would roll back even when the accelerator was nearly floored on a slight incline. Car was rolling backwards towards the edge of a cliff on a very narrow road despite multiple attempts of accelerating in drive. Reported and logged with company. Numerous counts of braking failure (unreliable regenerative breaking). Regen braking would give out unexpectedly multiple times even after software updates that were claimed by Fisker to fix the issue. This drastically impacts the braking ability of the car, safety and reliability. Regen braking inconsistencies and automatic emergency braking faults continued to occur. Aforementioned vehicle failures resulted in collision damage at low speed resulting in car being "totaled" in part due to lack of parts/service infrastructure.
