The contact owns a 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 25 MPH in heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic, the vehicle in front was rear-ended. The air bags failed to deploy. In addition, the forward collision warning did not engage. No warning lights illuminated. The contact's wife sustained head, neck, lower back, and left rib injuries which required medical attention. The contact's wife was transported by ambulance to the nearest hospital.
