## Narrative
My Tesla car (Y model) had a glitch (malfunction) that caused it to suddenly brake twice when there was no objects in the road.  I had my accident on [XXX] on [XXX]  when the car enabled emergency brake for no reason when I was driving in my lane with no objects in its way. I was able to gain control of the tesla back and thankfully nobody hit me as a result.  The second glitch happened couple minutes later when the phantom braking spinning my car around causing it to hit the concrete barrier and causing a damage to the car.
