The factory did issue a recall identifying the seat position sensors as a component needed for the airbags to function I suffered a concussion ,neck injuries, both knees needed surgery 1 surgery on the left 3 on the right i am scheduled for a knee replacement and temporary paralysis My wife suffered a severed ACL and had to have it replaced
