We were rear ended on the highway, the driver seat broke a part came off and the back of the seat went back instead of staying upright. Iâm not sure where the vehicle is after we released it to the insurance company on 09-11-24 The driver has back pain and the back of the seat didnât stay where it should have. Iâm not sure we havenât talked to the dealership just a mechanic. The insurance company had an adjuster look at it and deemed it a total loss. No there was no warnings or any.
