## Narrative
On August 21, 2024, my daughter was driving the car and was in the drive thru to get breakfast. As she turn the corner and was in the line to pick up her meal, the car wouldnât move. She tapped on the gas once more, upon doing so the car veered to the left ( she had no control in the steering) and the tire rod broke causing her to crash into the small cement barrier. I call the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and I was advised to contact Nissan Consumer. The vehicle is not drivable and I was advised to have it towed to a dealership, where it has been for a month now. The inspector went to the dealership over two weeks ago.  I was told I would receive an a call regarding the results to determine if Nissan was at fault ( this makes no sense since thereâs an open recall and the tie rod is bent/broken). Iâve yet to hear from Nissan Consumer with the results. Iâve left 2 messages and no one has returned my call. The dealership is charging a daily storage fee,  car/insurance payments are being made on a vehicle thatâs not in my possession.  My daughter has to pay for Uber rides for her classes at the school where she has to do observations for her degree. She has to pay for grocery delivery. Additionally, my daughter is a recent kidney  transplant recipient. She has doctors appointments she must attend. Without a vehicle, I have to go to a different city to pick her up, take her to the appointment and bring her back. Which means I have to take off from work ( los
