## Narrative
The contact owns a 2023 Ford Expedition.  The contact stated while driving at 15 MPH, the contact heard a loud popping sound and the vehicle was pulled to the right.   The front passengerâs side wheel assembly and wheel were detached.  The contact stated that due to the failure, the contact's vehicle damaged two vehicles that were parked on the street.  The Toyota Sienna was scratched and damaged on the driverâs side of the rim and the driver's side door and rearview mirror.  In addition, the Kia Sportage was scratched and damaged to the driverâs side of the bumper and the driverâs side of the vehicle.  No Police report was filed.  No injuries were sustained.  The vehicle was towed to the dealer, however, the dealer declined to diagnose the failure or to repair the vehicle.  The contact was informed that due to the damage, the vehicle needed to go to a collision center.  The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the vehicle was purchased and maintained service appointments.   The vehicle was towed to a collision center.  The contact stated that when the failure occurred, his wife and small children were occupants of the vehicle.  The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
